Visual Delivery Manager  

The Visual Delivery Manager is a software package for managing LP & Fuel  deliveries. Its functions include setting up customer accounts and tank locations, creating and editing routes, scheduling customer tank fills, and entering delivery ticket information.

Degree Days

Heating Degree Days are entered daily, from either a Degree Day Clock entry, Average Daily Temperature or Daily Heating Units. Calculation is automatically performed. 

Three Input Methods are available for the Degree Days:

• Season Running Total of Heating Units
• Daily Heating Units  
• Daily Average Temperature

Prebuy (Prepaid Contracts)

The Prebuy Contracts option allows for customers that purchase a quantity of gas for the season. A Prebuy Contract may be entered for a single tank or for all tanks assigned to the account. There are several reports that can be printed according to the needs, including Prebuy gallons used and allocated.

When a ticket is entered the Prebuy customerํs purchased and used gallons is automatically displayed on the ticket entry screen and the gallons available are automatically updated.

Visual Interactive Mapping System

The Visual Mapping System offers Tank Location and Delivery Route management with a complete interactive mapping system. Route Analysis, and Tank Location Query are only a couple of the features found in the System. Virtually any map view is available and changes made in the Mapping system are applied to the databases. Maps showing the tanks percent full are displayed in a colorized theme map. Includes complete map reference data such cities, roads, rivers, railroads, lakes, townships and counties

GPS

The GPS Module developed by Nucomm is a very powerful add-on to the Interactive Mapping Software. With this software the Latitudes and Longitudes (Position of a tank) can be recorded for a given tank. The tank will have the correct coordinates for map viewing.  The truck location is tracked and displayed on the map. This software can be installed in the trucks along with our Visual Mapping System.

Optimized Routing

Our Optimized Routing software helps to build an optimized Route and the driving directions. The driving directions can be customized. You can have customized Stop Times, Start Times, End Times, Speed, Break Duration and many more for the drivers.

 Interactive Reporting Software

Visual Delivery Reports

The Visual Delivery Reports module allows the operator to build queries that display selected fields of any of the tables that are in the database. The Reports are very interactive and can be displayed according to the user's needs. Any date range or any Gallons range can be specified for a report. Reports may be exported to Excel, PDF, Word, HTML and Text formats.

Interfaces Available with our Software

PcAgVantage Interface

This is an interface to the AgVantage AS400 software using the AgvantagePC software. The AgvantagePC program transfers data from the AS400 where our PCAgvantage program interfaces to the data.  Provide the ability to update the AS400 with Tank location and route changes.  The Following options are available:

• Scheduled From AgvantagePC
• Changes to AgvantagePC

BJL Interface

The BJL interface provides for reading and writing of files for communication with the BJL accounting system. The Following features are available:

MidCom Ticket Printing

MidCom Ticket Printing Interface, developed by Nucomm Data  is an interface where the customer information is been retrieved from a database and the ticket information is been entered and been printed on a ticket.  The ticket data is also being captured into a database for later processing.  The laptop database is automatically synchronized with the master database located on the company network.

MidCom Data Card Interface

This interface reads the file that has been written by the SD Card or any other Data Card. The information of the Ticket, Tank and Customers then updates the database.
