Delivery Manager Utilities

The Delivery Manager Utilities is used to reset the program to allow the input of new information for a new year.

Compress Database

            The Compress Database button compresses the entire database (customers and their information) into a smaller file size. 

View Error Log

            The error log shows where the program should be installed and where it is running from.  It also shows what components are installed.  When the program is running if any errors occur they will be printed in the error log.

Purging the log will clear the entire error log.

Update History with Degree Day

            The History is updated with the degree day 

Update Tanks from History

            Updates tank history for new tanks to be scheduled. 

Recalculate Tank Base Value

            Recalculates the tank�s base degree day value for a new season 

Reset Prebuy Contracts

All the Prebuy contracts are copied into a history table and deleted from the prebuy table
