Delivery Tickets record the fill just made for a tank.

Go to the Ticket Entry menu option under the Delivery

 menu to display the Enter Ticket screen.

 



   

        

The Enter Ticket button allows you to enter all of your customer

 tickets at one time. Every time you click on the Enter Ticket

 button a new screen comes up.

 




Enter Ticket

The "Enter Ticket" screen has a variety of features. You are able to access the history of an account by double clicking on ìAccount History.î You can also choose to edit deliveries, routes, or tickets, or print the delivery history for all accounts.

To enter delivery data in the ìEnter Ticketî screen select the tank that was filled using the following steps:

1)Pick the Acct Num by typing it in or picking it from the list. Or choose the customer by clicking on ìSelect by Nameî in the Select Action list.

2)Pick the tank that was filled from the Tank ID list (there may be more than one tank per account).

3)Enter the data

Shortcuts:

When entering a ticket choose the account number by either typing it in or using the drop down list (click on the arrow in the ìAcct Numî box). When the appropriate account number is chosen hit the TAB key on the keyboard, or click in any of the boxes to fill in the rest of the ticket information except for the Ticket Number, Last Gallons, and Tank Percent.
 



 

The ìNew Accountî property under the Edit menu option generates a

 new screen that allows you to enter a new customer account. After

entering this new account it is added to your main customer list.

The ìNew Tankî property under the Edit menu option displays the

ìTank Addî screen. A new tank is added to the current customer

account you are working with.

Deliveries
Deliveries Edit (shown by the Pink Arrow) located in the Edit menu will open the ìDeliveries

by Accountî screen which shows each account. Double click to the left of the Ticket Number

 on the ìDeliveries by Accountî screen and a single ìDelivery Editî screen comes up. This

allows you to edit the account you just selected.


Routes
ìRoutes (shown by the Green Arrow) allows routes or drivers of those routes to be

changed.


Tickets
Tickets (shown by the Purple Arrow) editing of any ticket. When selecting this

edit you are asked to enter in a ticket number. After selecting a ticket number

the ìTicket Editî screen comes up. Use this screen to edit the ticket. If there

 is more than 1 tank per ticket use the ìUpdateî button to save the changes

made to that 1 tank.



Select by Name
Shown by the Blue Arrow ìSelect by Nameî is used to identify a tank

for delivery ticket entry using the customers name instead of Acct Num.

 After selecting a name use the shortcuts (TAB or click in the white boxes)

 to fill in the rest of the ticket.


Reports (Pink Arrow)
Print All History
You can print the history of all your accounts.


Print Account History
You can print the history of a specific account by choosing the account number.
