Text Box: The main form is Visual Delivery Reports. The File menu has three options: View Error Log, Purge Error Log, and Exit.
View Error Log option is used to view at the error file.
Purge Error Log option cleans up all the content in the error file.
Exit option ends the application.
 

 

Text Box: The view menu option has five sub menus: Customers, Degree Days, Routes, Tanks and Host Company
Customers option is to view all the customers data
Degree Days is to view the entire degree days table
Routes option is to view all the routes and the drivers assigned to them
Tanks is to view all the Tanks
Host Company option is to see the information about the company

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Reports menu option has a sub menu option: Reports and Options
This is used to create the required reports

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Help option gives access to the VDM Reports help file and About option.

 

 

 

 

Text Box: When the Reports and Options menu option is selected the Reports dialog box is displayed where we can select the report we want to be displayed
It also has options to export to PDF, EXCEL, RTF, TEXT and HTML

 

 

 

Text Box: In the Customers Report options we have two options: Account/Name and Sort Sequence

 

 

 

Text Box: When the Account/Name option is clicked, the Sort Sequence option disappears and the Select Name form is displayed where we can select a particular customer by Name or Account number.

 

 

 

 

Text Box: When the Sort Sequence option is selected, the Account/Name option disappears and the Select Sort order form is displayed where the sort sequence is selected by checking one of the options.

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Once the options are selected, they are displayed in the Reports dialog. If we need to change these options, we can again click the Customers option and change them. Once we decide with the options, we can click the ok button to display the report.
The Check boxes are checked to export the report to PDF, EXCEL, RTF, TEXT and HTML formats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: This is an example of the report of Customers sorted by Account Number.

 

 

 

Text Box: When the degree days option is clicked, the Dates Dialog pops up where the date range can be selected. Once the dates are selected, then when the Ok button of the Reports dialog is clicked the report is displayed.

Text Box: Delivery Tickets Detail and Delivery Tickets Summary options have 5 options for the reports: Account/Name, Date, Gallons, Schedule Type and Tank Type. 
 

 

 

 

Text Box: When the Account/ Name option is clicked the Select Name form is displayed where we can select a particular Name or account.

 

 

 

 

Text Box: The Date Option allows us to enter the Date range for reporting

 

Text Box: Gallons option allows us to enter the Gallons range

 

 

 

We can click on the radio buttons and pick the schedule type and the tank type.

 

The selected options are displayed on the main dialog box for reports. If we need to change them we can again go to the options and change them.

The check boxes for Exporting the report can be checked or unchecked according to the requirement.

 

This is an example of the Delivery Detail Report for the account number 001812. The default date range is 01/01/1990 to till date. The default Gallons Range is 0 to 10000 gallons.

The similar procedure is done for the Delivery Summary report too.

 

The check boxes can be checked according to export requirement.  When the Routes option is clicked the report is generated and exported.

 

This is the example of the Routes Report, which is displayed by clicking on the Routes in the Reports Dialog.

 

The Scheduled Deliveries report can have a sort sequence. Once the sort sequence is selected, and the OK button is clicked in the reports dialog, the report is displayed.

 

 

This is an example of the Scheduled Delivery Report where the report is displayed by route id and account number.

 

 

The Tanks report has 7 options Account/Name, Date, Routes and Sort Sequence, Tank Type, Schedule Type and Suspended Tanks.

When Account/Name is selected, the other options disappear.

When Sort Sequence is selected, Account/Name option disappears.

 

 

Routes can be selected from the Select Route form

The Schedule Type, Tank Type and Suspended tanks can be selected accordingly

 

 

The selected options are displayed for the report, which can as well be changed by going into the options dialog and selecting them again.

 

 

This is an example of the report for all tanks sorted by Account number.
