This is the interface where data is being transferred from and to Agvantage

When the button � Tanks From AgVantagePc � is pressed the user will be prompted with the file name and path. When the user presses �Yes� then the Tanks from the Agvantage will be put into the �Tank_Data� table of LP_DB database.

Along with putting tanks in �Tank_Data� , the scheduled deliveries are also put into the �Scheduled Delivery� table of LP_DB database.

A Scheduled Delivery is determined by the

Current date + 6 days (Includes current date and all dates up to 7 days).

Current Date is determined from the Agvantage Energy Management Computed Fill Date

Once the Tanks come into the database from Agvantage, the number of tanks and scheduled deliveries are displayed.

We get the Name of the Tank Owner from the Customer file in the Agvantage info.mdb file.

When the button � Scheduled Deliveries from AgVantagePc� is pressed all the scheduled deliveries from Agvantage are put into the �Scheduled Delivery� table of LP_DB database.

A Scheduled Delivery is determined by the

Current date + 6 days (Includes current date and all dates up to 7 days).

Current Date is determined from the Agvantage Energy Management Computed Fill Date

When the button �Update Tanks on AgVantagePc� is pressed the Tanks that have changed are all updated into the Agvantage info.mdb database.

The Latitude (TKLAT), Longitude (TKLONG), Route ID (TKROUT) and TKFIR# are being updated from the �Tank_Data� table of the LP_DB database into the Agvantage  �TANKS � table of info database. Which ever Tanks are updated their TKFIR# is set to �C� in the �TANKS� table of Agvantage.
