To install the Visual Delivery Manager put the CD in the CDROM drive. The 
Installshield program should automatically start. Follow the on screen 
instructions. The program and database will be installed and a Delivery 
Manager icon is placed on the desktop. A file named Deliver_Maps.INI is 
also placed in the folder where the Delivery Manager is installed. 
This file contains information about the program location and installation. 
Appendix C shows an example or an INI file.
