Text Box: The blue Triangle represents the position of the truck .The latitudes and longitudes of the point are displayed on the top left hand corner of the map screen. These values can be saved for a particular tank. File Compress Database Compresses the database to make the file smaller. Print Setup Gives an option to select the printer Print Map Prints the map currently on the screen. View Log File A text file with errors printed to show where problems are occurring and where the program is installed.   View Save History   This Menu option will display the text file, which has the information about the saved latitudes and longitudes for the tanks   Purge Log File Deletes the log file.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: The Initialize GPS will initialize the GPS if the GPS doesnít start. When the Mapping software is combined with the GPS software it will automatically display the position of the tank.

 

 

 

Text Box: Map Mode Go to Scheduled Mode Go to Scheduled Maps gives the ability to review and modify the maps already created for each route. Go to Routes & Tanks Mode Go to Routes & Tanks maps has the ability to change, create and edit tanks and routes using maps that have already been created.              

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Scheduled Make Scheduled Map Data The Make Scheduled Maps property generates a Map of each route showing the currently scheduled deliveries for the route. Show All Deliveries on Map Displays all of the scheduled deliveries or tanks on the map. Remove All Deliveries on Map Removes all of the scheduled deliveries or tanks on the map. Show Delivery Priorities Shows the delivery priority. The lower priority tanks are green, higher priority tanks are red. Modify Delivery Priorities Modify the tank points by changing their color or symbol. Text Box: Tanks Locate Tank Locates a tank by the customer name or account. Remove Locate Tank Removes the locate tank symbol from the map. Show Tanks on Map Puts all of the tanks on the map. Remove Tanks from Map Removes all tanks from the map.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Reports Print Tanks Creates a report with all of the customer tanks from the database. Print Routes Creates a report with all of the current routes. Print Deliveries Creates a report of all the scheduled deliveries. Select Routes Views for Printing Select routes and views made for the routes in Review Maps to be printed. Print Selected Scheduled Report After capturing the tanks in the route view, the tank information for that route view can be printed using this option. Print Selected Scheduled Maps Prints the maps that were selected in "Selected Routes Views for Printing."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Map Clear Selection Unselects anything selected on the map. Previous View Moves map back to previous position. Change View Allow you to enter in the miles of the view range or scale of the map. Clear Labels Removes labels put on the map using the label tool (yellow tag tool). Save Current Map Position Saves the position of the current map on the screen. Reset Map Resets map to the entry screen. Redraw On/Off If the redraw is turned off the map will not redraw when changes to the map are made. Text Box: When the button GPS (at the bottom of the map) is clicked the GPS window opens, which will give you the information about the latitude and longitude, Comm Port and Time Zones. We can also Pause GPS once the Truck is reached and once the driver wants to save the current latitudes and longitudes for the particular account or Tank. The user can close the comm. Port and open it if required.

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Once the driver stops the truck and wants to save the Latitudes and Longitudes for a particular account, He can press the Save Lat_Long button and the Select Name window will be displayed from which he can select the account or name.
