Customers Screen
The ìCustomersî screen shows a list of all the customers in the database. The list includes: the customerís Account Number, Name, complete Address, Status, Number of Tanks, Route id (driver of route), Longitude and Latitude.

Find Account
You can locate an account by scrolling through the list or typing in an account number and pressing, to highlight, then clicking on Find Account. 

Add New Account (Pink Arrow)
To add a new account to the file, go to ìAdd New Accountî under the Accounts menu option. The ìCustomer Addî screen comes up allowing you to put in all the necessary information. The number of tanks will remain at zero until tanks are added. The status of a tank is automatically put as Yes.

Select by Name (Blue Arrow)
To select an account by the name of a customer go to ìSelect an account by nameî under the Accounts menu option. A screen comes up listing all of the customers in the database. The customers are listed in alphabetical order. There is also the option of typing the first letter of the customerís last name instead of scrolling through the list of names
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: Selection Action Print Customers Located under the Print menu option. The "Customers by Account" report comes up. All of the Customers are shown in the account number sequence. Print Tanks Located under the Print menu option. The "Tanks for Account" report comes up showing all of the tanks for a particular customer account.
