Visual Delivery Pocket PC
NEW Mapping Application Interface for the Pocket PC!
Any
organization can now have a Pocket PC interface from Nucomm Data.
We are offering personalized and customized mapping
applications for the
Microsoft Pocket PC platform.
Our
current Visual Delivery Manager application for the LP Gas industry
customer, allows users to put their
delivery schedules for each driver route
directly on the Pocket PC.
Drivers have the ability to look up an account by
number or name to see
where the LP gas tank is located on the map.
The driver also has an entry screen available to quickly complete the
delivery
information. This data can then be
easily loaded into the
desktop PC for delivery ticket processing at the end of
the day. No
more ticket entry needed!
In
addition, Nucomm will be completing development on a GPS device
to interface
with the new Pocket PC application allowing the driver to
capture the exact
location data with little or no effort!
Since
the application will need to be personalized and customized
for each
organization, it is not limited to the LP Gas delivery industry
. . . any organization with a mobile workforce will benefit from our
development!
